Ribolla Gialla

Made with 100% RIBOLLA GIALLA grapes

The fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Afterwards, the wine is aged partly in stainless steel tank and partly in French oak barrels for ten months before being bottled.

The scent is characterized by warm and enveloping notes, which blend well with ripe fruit aromas, with hints of vanilla and buttery.
A pure wine, fresh, of great character.
