Made with 100% CHARDONNAY grapes

The first fermentation is carried out partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in barrels, with the use of selected yeasts.
Second fermentation and aging in bottle for a period of 36 months.

Perlage fine and continuous.
The scent is wide and enveloping, characterized by intense and brilliant fruity notes, and a strong minerality.
The palate is excellent, long and persistent, it is distinguished by its remarkable freshness and great elegance.

Sparkling wine important for the whole meal.
