Wine fermented and aged in steel, it owes its longevity to the long aging on the lees before bottling. Fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts, with strict temperature control.
The scent is rich in fruity notes, which in the finish give way to almond notes typical of the variety, and blend well with the mineral characteristics conferred by the territory. In the mouth it is fresh and persistent, a very drinkable wine.
